We use Figma for all design work and Webflow for landing pages and websites.
There are no meetings. All communication is async. We use the likes of Slack to ideate and discuss tasks and priorities. Then, we use Trello to manage tasks and revisions. Staying on top of communication is obviously very important during the design process so we make sure that there's always enough understanding of the task and deliverable before starting.
You will be able to make unlimited requests and we'll pick them up one at a time. Usually requests take about 48 to 72 hours to be completed. We will priorities tasks through Slack to ensure that we are working on things that are important.
